Why this tune?
I’m publishing Tunes On Tuesday on Monday this week to celebrate Pi Day (3.14), the annual celebration of our favorite mathematical constant and the food it inspires.
I wrote my musical tribute in 2015, a more special Pi Day when the year filled out another two digits (3.14.15). I was a bit late in releasing the song that morning, and so missed the even more accurate celebration at 9:26 am (9:26:53 to be exact).
I’ve shared the song on Pi Day every year since then, added a video and updated the recording last year. Enjoy the day and enjoy some pie (pi)!
